CARE International in the Caucasus Crisis Response

In the recent crisis in South Ossetia, Georgia, a NEXUS expert provided emergency response advisory services to the CARE International Office in the Caucasus, delivering programme and project design (including proposal writing), and leading the Integrated Rapid Assessment (IRA) in in the Conflict Zone in close collaboration with UN OCHA and the IASC Cluster System.
